Observation: Front hand washing station was used to store dirty utensils. Rear hand washing station did not have cold water or paper towels in the dispenser.
Correction: 1. Remove dirty utensils from this hand washing station. Correct by: Immediately
2. Supply paper towels to the rear hand washing station. Correct by: Immediately
3. Restore cold water to the rear hand washing station. Correct by: Mar 3, 2023

Follow-up to inspection conducted on Feb 28, 2023

- Clean up has been done. Cardboard has been discarded.
- No rodent droppings observed at this time. Monitor for rodent activity (ie. droppings, sounds, sightings) and contact pest control if activity is noticed. Sanitize all food contact surfaces with 100-200 bleach sanitizer before beginning food prep in the morning.
- Rear hand washing station repaired. Cold water is available.
- FOODSAFE certification for staff is a work in progress. Keep certificate(s) on-site when available.
