Routine Inspection:
Spring rolls, wontons, lemon grass chicken, pork, pork patties, chicken patties and soup prepared in kitchen and then transported in reefer truck to other facilities
- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- High temperature dishwasher reached 72C at plate surface
- chlorine bleach available for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower; Walk in freezer was -18C or lower
- Temperature logs were maintained and available
- No evidence of pest control during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
