Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CTERRY The reach-in cooler and upright coolers have both been serviced and one was reading at 2.0C and the other was reading at -2.0C during the inspection. The deep fryer cabinet, wire rack and prep cooler handles have all been cleaned and now noted in a sanitary condition. No further follow-up required.
