Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # YTAN-CQJQ96 of Apr-03-2023
Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Two hand sinks (front corner and next to pizza prep cooler) were lacking soap. One hand sink (front corner) was also lacking paper towels.
Correction: REPEAT VIOLATION. As previously noted, all designated hand washing sinks must be properly supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in working dispensers at all times, along with hot and cold running water.
Employee onsite at time of inspection did not know how to refill dispensers. Hand sink next to three-compartment sink was properly stocked and available for use in the meantime.
As this is a repeated violation, note that further non-compliance may result in enforcement action(s) being taken.
