A violation ticket is issued today for observations noted on routine inspection dated February 27, 2023 (#SSZO-CPFU6E).
As a reminder, if tempuras are continued to be found made in advance, or left at room temperature without time tracking, more enforcement action (in addition to violation ticket) will be done. This may include menu reduction, or notifying City of Burnaby regarding facility's incompliance.
