Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-B9UUK: Code 205: Corrected. Undercounter cooler was repaired as per main chef. Cooler air temperature at 4C. Code 304: Corrected. Rodent droppings were removed. Area appeared cleaned. Code 305: (1 item pending) Weather stripping were installed on the doors noted in previous inspection report. Entrance door to kitchen still had air gap underneath. Staff to lower the weather stripping to fill gap. Air gap noted on the vertical side of above-mentioned door must be covered with weather stripping. (Correction date: by March 11, 2019) All chemical detergent bottles were moved from the floor to bottom shelving units across the sink downstairs.
