Comments

-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Service area coolers were at 2C and 4C.
-Chest freezers ranged from -18C to -24C.
-Sauce was cooked to greater than 74C.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was tested at 200ppm (minimum of 100ppm required for sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail was tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by professional pest control operator. Did not observe signs of pest activity in tin cat and snap traps.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 18, 2023.
