Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
Freezer unit was at -18.0C
Food stored protected and in the proper storage hierachy.
All utensils and food contact items stored in a sanitary manner and noted in good condition.
Canned foods noted in good condition - not damage.
Did not observe improper dispensers used and stored within bulk food containers.
Wall mounted QUAT sanitizer available - noted at 400 PPM QUAT.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 73.9C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Overall cleanliness and organization excellent.
Chefs onsite at the time of inspection both have valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificates.
