Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer spray bottles had a concentration above 400ppm (highest test strip can measure), 200ppm is required according to the label (8mL in 4L = 2mL in 1L).
Corrective Action(s): Spray bottles diluted during inspection. Review/remind staff that only 2mL is needed in teh 1L spray bottles.

Note: A bit of a build up of grease between wall and grill as well as some dust/spoons/etc dropped behind front under counter cooler. Recommend cleaning these areas. Cleaning in these areas voluntarily started during inspection.
