Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following areas:
-Dry storage room under the shelves, alongside the walls
-Behind counters against the wall in the dishpit area
-Behind the fridges/shelves in the bar area

Did not observe any food packaging altered/contaminated
Corrective Action(s): Operator to hire Professional Pest Control services and have a work report ready prior to the follow-up inspection next week.

Clean and disinfect ALL areas with droppings. Check EACH MORNING with a flashlight for new droppings for cleaning

Place all individual soft packaged foods not contained in the sealed cardboard boxes (ie. paper/soft plastic/nylon) in rodent proof containers for the Dry Storage Room.
