Clean and disinfect ALL areas with droppings. Check EACH MORNING with a flashlight for new droppings for cleaning Place all individual soft packaged foods not contained in the sealed cardboard boxes (ie. paper/soft plastic/nylon) in rodent proof containers for the Dry Storage Room. Violation Score: 9 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)] Observation: None of the 3 workers have this certification. NOTE: this was also cited on the July 21, 2022 Routine Inspection.
