Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foods at the salad station are stored in inserts on top of ice. The ice at the bottom is not enough to maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below. After lunch rush, discard any leftovers as discussed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff at the sandwich prep station was using a detergent and water solution to wipe down her station.
Corrective Action(s): Staff must use a sanitizing solution to wipe down all food contact surfaces, not detergent and water. Teach all employees the proper means of sanitizing food contact surfaces.
