Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottles are labelled as containing quats sanitizer but contain chlorine sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Spray bottles were properly labelled during inspection. Use 1 tsp plain domestic chlorine bleach in 1 litre water and make fresh daily.

Reviewed Covid-19 Safety Plan with staff and advised of latest Provincial Health Officer Public Health Order that applies to restaurants:
- Liquor sales must cease at 10 pm.
- Must close at 11pm unless providing a full meal service (with no liquor service).
- Music and other background sounds such as televisions must be no louder than the volume of normal conversation.
