Met with new kitchen Manager,Harmish, and store Manager. Daily temp logs are up to date low temp dishwasher supplied with 100ppm chlorine Test strips - available Keep garbage bins closed and locked. Garbage area is a common area so everyone need to do their part. Ceiling tiles and vents - required cleaning ( as we suggested minimum semiannually or more frequent schedule as necessary ).
