Observation: Wooden shelving above kitchen handsink (around rice cookers) is chipped and raw wood is exposed.
Corrective Action(s): Please sand and laminate noted shelving so the surface is smooth and easily cleanable. If unable to do so, replace noted wooden shelving.

Observation: Ceiling light in back kitchen area is dim. No light available in staff washroom. Undercounter cupboard door by ice machine is loose.
