Probe thermometer onsite to determine food temperature, remember to sanitize between uses
Dishwasher (high temp): 76.9C at plate, see thermolabel attached
Bleach sanitizer in buckets were at 100ppm
Ice scoop stored outside of ice machine, ice bin and ice machine appears to be maintained in sanitary condition
Orkin service report reviewed for Aug - back door closed at time of inspection, front door gap in middle has been sealed as per instruction from Orkin
No apparent signs of pest noted during time of inspection
