Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- All freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- QUAT sanitizer = 200 ppm.
*****Reminder: do not used hydrogen peroxide on food contact surfaces.*****
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level for final rinse cycle.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Staff washroom clean and sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.

Notes:
Operator had submitted Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan to health department.
All kitchen staff have FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. Copies of certificates will be kept onsite.
Health inspector will check why status of facility has not been changed from Food Other to Food Service Establishment yet.
