Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C. - Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. Secondary cook step done on griddle. NOTE: Rotating cones were not ready at the time of the inspection- usually ready at this time. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle. - 3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing. - Washroom satisfactory. Dry storage room satisfactory. - Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place. Back prep area has gone through a renovation and now in a very good sanitary condition.
