GENERAL COMMENTS
Handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
Glass door cooler in kitchen 3.5C
Large cooler downstair 1.9C
High temperature dishwasher 80.9C at the plate level and 90.0C at guage.
General food storage practice at the time of visit is satisfactory. Foods stored in pest proof containers with lids and off the floor.
Quats sanitizer at the dispenser and spray bottle all noted at 200ppm.
Kitchen staff hygiene practice satisfactory at the time of visit. Staff had FOODSAFE level 1.
No signs of pest activity at the time of visit.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Permit posted in a visible manner.
NOTE: Ensure temperature log for cooling units is up-to-date and well maintained.

Alcohol based hand sanitizer available at kitchen entrance.
Self service coffee machine in kitchen closed to residents.
