Note: The operator claimed that vacuumed/autoclave/sealed jars food will be produced. Do not prepare any new food items. First, Health Approval must be received.

Recommendations:
Due to the floor plan alteration and new equipment on site:
- Revise the sanitation plan and submit to the Health Department for review. Note: Please incorporate in the sanitation plan cleaning procedures for ceiling.
- Revise the food safety plan and submit to the Health Department for review.

Note: If ingredients for menu items changed and more preparation happened - a prep. sink might be required as well as one more hand washing sink.
Note: Splash guard between 3-compartment sink and a kettle is required.

At the present, you must cook foods that have been claimed in the food safety plan.

No issues with alternated floor plan but this confirmation does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies (eg., City of Surrey, Fire Department, Metro Vancouver and etc..).
Strongly recommended - prior to completing operational or physical changes to the facility, contact the Health Department for Health Approval.
