- Display cooler for Tuna/chicken/Turkey/bacon sandwiches measured at 15.2C.
Corrective Action(s): - Discarded all the food that need to be kept refrigerated in the above 2 coolers..
- Stop using these 2 coolers until the temperature reaches 4C or under and approved by health inspector.
