Routine inspection
-Handwashing sinks equipped with liquid soap, hot and cold running water and single use towels.
-All coolers are 4 C or below.
-All freezers are -18 C.
**Ensure temperatures are checked daily and recorded.
***Pizza sold by the slice held at room temperature for a maximum of 1.5 hrs as per company policy. Written records of when pizza is made and to be discarded is not maintained. Note: pizza held at room temperature must be discarded after 2 hours. Suggest using a timer.***
-Sanitizer spray bottles available - registered at 200 ppm quats.
-Dishwashing not set up at the time of inspection but operator was able to explain the manual method of dishwashing. Quats dispensing at 200 ppm.
-Permit to Operate posted.
-FoodSafe requirements met.
-Pest control services in place.
