**Oyster tags on site but not organized. Organize tags so that they are in chronological order for the most recent 90 days.
**Raw Oyster warning missing from menu. Make correction to the menu adding the standard warning that "The consumption of raw oysters poses an increased risk of Foodborne Illness"
Dishwasher final rinse tested at 71c (At plate level). Soap dispensed into wash cycle.
