Routine Inspection
-Dairy cooler at 4 C or below.
-Mini sandwich cooler at 4 C or below.
-Freezers were -18 C or below.
-Sale of only pre-packaged foods, bulk candy, coffee and slurpees. No preparation of foods permitted on-site.
-Front handwashing sink and washroom sink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels.
-Bleach on-site. Discussed washing and sanitizing tongs (that are for candy). Wash and then sanitize with 200 ppm bleach (1 tbsp of 5% bleach with 1 gallon of water) and then air-dry.

*Campbells Chicken Soup carton removed off shelf, Box not in good condition (slightly bulging).
