Introduction

A scheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSOP). All areas of the facility were reviewed for compliance with the exception of Licensing, Policies and Procedures, Medication and Records and Reporting.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

On the inspection date of June 10, 2020 there were 2 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. Actions required by the licensee include no further action required and actions required the LO include no further action required. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed. This inspection report and risk assessment was completed off site and emailed to the facility the following day.
