Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Facility was well maintained. - Temperature of display and walk in coolers recorded at or below 4C - All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle. - 3x 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing, separate dishwashing for meat, seafood and halal meat. - Drain plugs and bleach bottle available. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp September 8, 2025) - No signs of pest activity observed.
