Observation: Rodent droppings observed:
-on floor in the corner area underneath the stove
-On floor in dry storage area
-Underneath the sinks/dishwashing area
Corrective Action(s): 1) remove all droppings and sanitize thoroughly
2) Operator will be placing more traps throughout kitchen to monitor issue. As discussed, any holes that could be rodent entry points must be sealed off/closed

Corrective Action(s): Do a thorough cleaning of kitchen. This must include the shelves above the dishwashing sink area, the floors underneath the stove, the dry storage floors, and general sanitation throughout. Failure to properly clean will result in closure.
