Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATS sanitizer spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strip. Staff replaced the solution during time of inspection to measure at 200 ppm QUATS concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all QUATS sanitizer solution in spray bottles is measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration at all times to maintain required sanitizing strength for food contact surfaces to effectively eliminate potential pathogens.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in cooler/chicken preparation area observed obstucted with garbage can lid. Operator removed the lid from the basin of the sink during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing stations remain unobstructed and supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water to facilitate adequate and frequent handwashing practices.

Routine Inspection Conducted:

- Deli display cooler measured at 3'C
- All coolers measured at 4'C or less in deli department
- Temperature logs maintained
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory
- Hand washing station upon entry into deli department adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Equipment maintained in sanitary condition. Operator mentioned that the meat slicer is sanitized every 20 minutes.
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms (hair restraints and hats)
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
