Corrective Action(s): Ensure that a food safety plan specific to the procedures at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice is provided to the district EHO for health approval purposes for this site address only. If the Owner/Operator of Arctic Glacier Premium Ice would like to submit a corporate food safety plan, then have it approved provincially by the appropriate health authority in British Columbia or BCCDC (depending on the location of the head office).
