Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Ice scoop observed to be stored inside the ice machine
2) Food kept on floor
Corrective Action(s): 1) Operator removed ice scoop from ice machine. Ensure Ice scoop is kept in a dedicated location outside of the ice bin to remove potential contamination.
2) Operator relocated food item at the time of inspection. Ensure not to keep food items on the floor to facilitate in proper cleaning and prevent potential pest attraction.
