-High temperature dishwasher reached 75.0C at the plate level during final rinse
-200 ppm quat sanitizer available in spray bottles
-Dry storage is clean and organized
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
-Washrooms for customers are clean and equipped with adequate hand washing stations
