Follow up inspection to MTRG-ARLSPG. The following issues have been corrected since last inspection: - All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, easily accessible liquid soap and paper towels - All items have been moved from wall and all droppings have been removed - All foo debris has been removed upstairs (e.g., lentils) Notes: - Ensure any entry points (specifically any points >1/4") are sealed/ blocked with steel wool, hard wire mesh or 'Pest Block' spray foam - Ensure monitoring is done daily to assess whether infestation if current - Operator informed that some wall gaps will be sealed with baseboards
