Observation: Significant mouse activity noted in the dry storage room (large amount of droppings on lower two shelves) and in upstairs storage room.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Submit to the undersigned EHO copies of the pest control reports that have been received since last health inspection on May 4, 2022.
2) Clean and sanitize the areas noted above as well as any other areas where droppings are found. Due: June 16, 2022

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Corrections from previous report:
1) Deep clean of bar area completed
2) Sealing of gaps in bar area cabinetry has *not* been completed as previouly required
3) Risers in walkin have *not* been replaced as previously required.
Corrective Action(s): Provide an update to undersigned EHO as to the status of the corrections noted in previous report under code 305. Complete corrections numbered 2 and 3 under section 305 on previous report by June 24, 2022.

312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18]
Observation: Cleaning and reduction of items / removal of items not needed in upstairs storage rooms has not been completed as previously required.
Corrective Action(s): Go through all items in these areas and remove all items that are no longer required for operation. Also move all items on the floor, cleaning up all droppings and store as many items as possible at least 6" up off floor for ease of cleaning and reduce hiding spots for mice. Due: June 24, 2022.
