Store inspection
-Produce cooler at 3 deg C
-Dairy cooler at 3.8 deg C
-general sanitation good
-Pest control visits done weekly; recent report did not indicate any pest activity
-Temperature logs maintained several times throughout day for all coolers and freezers

Meat department inspection
-Walk in cooler at<4 deg C, it is shared with service deli
-2nd walk in cooler in receiving area at <4 deg C
-3 comp sink present with quats sanitizer at 200 ppm in 3rd compartment
-General sanitation good

Bakery Department Inspection
-Walk in cooler at 0 deg C
-Walk in freezer at -25 deg C
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 85 deg C at the gauage
-General sanitation good
-No signs of any pests
-Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm in rag buckets

Deli Department Inspection
-production room with 3 comp sink present. 3rd compartment has QUAT saniiitizer at 200 ppm quats
-every batch of hot chickens are probed for minimum 74 deg C
-all chickens in hot holding unit pulled after 2 hours if not used
