-Follow-up inspection to Sept 7, 2016.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced. Final rinse temperatures of 73C and 72C on the dish surface were achieved on consecutive cycles (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Shelving units in the walk-in cooler have been cleaned. Ensure shelving units are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
-Did not observe any dented cans in storage areas at the time of inspection.
