Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee steaming attachment is wiped with a cloth towel after each use.
Corrective Action(s): Coffee steaming attachment must be sanitized after each use. Attachment can be wiped with the 200ppm Quats sanitizer.

Comments

-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter coolers in the coffee area were at 4C.
-Display cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Good hand hygiene practices observed by staff at the time of inspection.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Blender container sanitized at least every 2 hours.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 25, 2025.
