Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): About 6 packages of chopped lettuce and onions were kept at >4C (Temperatures were 10-12C). They were moved to a different cooler at 4C or below.

Temperatures:

-Walk-in freezer at -13C
-WI cooler 4C
-Produce display at 10-12C (whole produce)
-Staff bathroom had hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizing solution available on site for use.

*Cluttering items found underneath the shelves at the back storage area. Ensure to remove the clutter to prevent harborage areas for bests.

Corrections pending from previous report:
-base board on staff side of partition wall has separated from the wall - exposed holes behind base board. Re-mount base board to allow for proper seal to wall and exposed holes. (Operator mentioned that the baseboards attached but then falls apart when pallets bump into them while they were moved around on the electric pallet jack).
