Routine Inspection conducted today.
No kulfi production observed at this time.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink sanitizing at 200 ppm QUATs solution. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71.9C final rinse temperature.
Stand-up coolers measured at 4C. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Food buckets to house kulfi and packaging isles observed to be in sanitary condition. Can opener blade observed to be in sanitary condition.
No insects observed in the dry goods bins for toppings or in the kulfi in the freezer.
Kulfi observed to be covered in the chest freezers.

NOTE: Ensure that all equipment that is washed manual must use soap and water prior to sanitization. Ensure personal refrigerated products are separate from business use.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
