Area behind the cooking units have been cleaned.
Dry storage has been cleaned and items have been moved off the ground.
Shelving units along the serving line has been cleaned.

The following items require correction:
Rodent proof the gaps around the dishwasher piping and exterior doors.
Have the pest control company inspect the suspended area within the facility to identify potential rodent entry points. More live traps should be setup within the premises to monitor pest activity. As a reminder, rodent poison is not permitted to be use in food areas.
Clean the mechanical room and area behind the Coca Cola fridge in the kitchen.
Operator is to submit pest report to the health department for each service by the pest company. The pest report must outline the number of rodent caught and recommendations to prevent and eliminate the pest problem.
