Hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.

The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Peroxide sanitizer available for the front tables.
Test strips available for all types of sanitizers.
