- Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles and in tub for soaking wiping cloths. Reminder to mix 1/2 - 1 teaspoon bleach with 1 litre water for proper concentrations.
- Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine detected after final rinse cycle
- Walk-in cooler measured to be 4C
