General Comments
All coolers operating at </=4 C; freezers at </= -18C *Freezer must be routinely thawed to eliminate ice build-up on shelves. This will increase cold air flow.
Pizza on display for max 45 minutes. Temperature was >60C.
Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Bleach sanitizer available in a spray bottle at 100 ppm
2-compartment sink for warewashing
Knife rack in sanitary condition
Foods stored covered to protect from contamination
General sanitation is adequate. *Must remove dust from walk-in cooler fan
No signs of pests observed. Pest control contract in-effect.
