-Follow up inspection for issues listed in last report.
-Low-temperature dishwasher has been serviced. Unit dispensed 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer in rinse (after priming). Ensure unit is run and checked for sanitizer function prior to use each day.
-Hand sink near dish area was unobstructed at time of inspection.
-Paper towels available at main hand sink.
-All other hand sinks satisfactory.
-Dish sinks in working order.
