- Quat sanitizer 200ppm in buckets w/ cloths dispensed
- No signs of pest activity
- Hand sinks stocked w/liquid soap and paper towels
- 3 compartment sink method for warewashing demonstrated; make sure to disperse the items into quat sanitizer 200ppm for atleast 30 seconds or 50ppm chlorine for atleast 7 seconds
