Recommendation by EHO to move all bagged food items to freezer units. Do not use cooler unit as evidence of rodent infestation inside cooler unit and gap along bottom of cooler door.

Observation: Many structural issues and areas of concern have been observed by EHO and outlined in previous inspection report by Pest Technician.
These include:
- Gaps in doors - exterior doors, loading bay doors, cooler door
- Structural holes in walls

Corrective Action(s): Seal all doors so that they are tight fitting. Use non-chewable materials. This includes including door sweeps.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed throughout including on shelves, floors, inside walk in cooler unit, under equipment and on dry goods.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Use 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent sanitizer solution.
Follow recommendations of Pest Control Company. Clean and sanitize.
Remove all cat items from areas where food is stored. This includes food and pet litter.

NOTE: Facility does not process any food items at this location. All items are received, stored and shipped to final destinations. HOWEVER facility must ensure sanitary storage of food items while in possession of food items.

NOTE: Two cats used for Pest Control. Cats are not an effective method of Pest Control. Follow recommendations from Pest Control Company. Remove Cats from areas where food is stored.
