Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Small glass cooler not in use/not plugged in.
2. Can of paint located next to standup glass cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator has stated that small glass cooler is to be removed from the kitched and placed in a storage room. If this cooler is to be used, ensure that it is able to maintain a temperature of 4C or less and is equipped with a thermometer accurate to 1C. Ensure that cooler is properly washed and sanitized before use.
