- Makdous food item destroyed. Item does not follow proper food safety procedures. Item is not thermally processed or refrigerated and therefore is not to be made in this manner. If the product is to be sold at facility please provide to Health Department a Food Safety plan. Food Item must be stored at temperatures less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius OR thermally processed (canned). Prior to any thermal processing the item must be subject to review of thermal process by the Processing Authority
