COMMENTS - Facility in SATISFACTORY sanitary condition - No evidence of pests - Handsinks adequately supplied - Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius - Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius - Sanitizer solution in use throughout kitchen food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine NOTE: Although sanitizer solution IS available it is used in washroom (for sanitizing after diaper changes) and for front eating area as well as for kitchen. DO NOT CONTINUE THIS PRACTICE. Obtain ADDITIONAL spray bottle for kitchen area and eating areas. DO NOT use the same spray bottle for washroom sanitation as for kitchen/eating area sanitation. Obtain additional spray bottle IMMEDIATELY!
