Observation: 1. Bulk food scoops were stored inside bulk bin with the handles buried in the food.
2. Multiple containers of food in the coolers were not covered.
3. Cutlery was stored in close proximity to personal items such as jackets and shoes.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize these scoops. Store them outside of the bulk bins in a clean dedicated container or store them upright so the handles are not in direct contact with the food.
2. Cover all containers of food to avoid potential contamination.
3. Store cutlery away from personal items to avoid potential contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen fish was being thawed in non-running cold water.

Observation: Accumulation of debris observed in the following locations:
- Hand washing staiton: Sink, faucet, knobs, liquid soap dispenser
- Inside of the back freezers
- Floors, walls, and storage racks inside the walk-in cooler
- Floors and walls underneath all prep tables, cooking equipment, coolers, and dishwashing area
- Ventilation hood filters
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas. Ensure cleaning is performed regularly to avoid accumulation of debris.
