Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Noted hand washing sink in the kitchen not accessible at time of visit, large pots blocking the access
-Staff washroom lacks proper soap dispenser- pump type is required and should be wall mounted

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing sink are supplied with soap and paper towels in proper wall mounted dispensers and they are accessible at all time

Observation: Noted rodent dropping in kitchen, storage room, bar area mostly on floors
Noted cockroaches in sticky traps in a couple areas in kitchen
Corrective Action(s): - Clean and sanitize all floors - To be done today
- Increase pest control service to at least twice per week - send a copy of contract to the area inspector no later then Nov 14-2022

Observation: - Noted Loose tiles, base boards , cracks in walls, leaking pipes , gaps under back door screen... these conditions are allowing entrance and harboring of noted pests in the premises ( mice and cockroaches)
Corrective Action(s): - Fix all noted issues.

*** General sanitation is better then last time however due to current pest activities more frequent cleaning is required for all surfaces.

Discussed : Defrosting : to be done either in cooler or under cold running water ( foods to be in plastic package)

All noted issues to be addressed prior to follow up inspection any questions contact the area inspector.
