Routine inspection conducted

- Facility was not in operation at the time of inspection. Staff stated that kitchen is used few days a week.
- Temperature of stainless steel cooler at 4.1C
- White stand up freezer at -12C
- Domestic cooler at 4C and freezer compartment at -18C
- Domestic dishwasher onsite and found in good working order.
- Handwash sink available and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- Permit was posted in the kitchen.
- No signs of pest activity observed.

During facility operation, please ensure that:
Dishwasher reaches 71C on plate level during rinse cycle for adequate sanitation of dishes.
Sanitizer spray/pail is available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. 100-200ppm bleach solution can be prepared by adding 1 teaspoon of bleach in 1 Litre of water.
Handwash sinks are stocked with liquid soap and single use paper towels.
At least one staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate or equivalent.
